We send two types of messages: transactional messages (offer updates, appointment reminders, and notifications about your property) and marketing or promotional messages about our services.
How You Opt In. You opt in by submitting the cash offer request form on our website and checking the applicable SMS consent checkbox. Consent for transactional messages and consent for marketing messages are collected separately, and neither is required to submit the form or to receive a cash offer. Providing your phone number alone does not enroll you in text messages. We do not purchase, rent, or import phone lists.
Message Frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and the status of your property offer.
Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

No Sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
